液压顶升倒装技术在大型外浮顶储罐施工中的应用

摘要 液压顶升倒装施工技术以其安全性高、手段用料投入少等优势,近年来在大型储罐建造中被广泛应用。文章通过独山子石化公司140万m3原油商业储备库项目的10万m3储罐安装施工实践,对液压顶升设备的选择、布置、安装、提升、焊接等工序进行了阐述,并总结了质量控制要点。运用这项施工技术,成功完成了4台10万m3储罐的安装,取得了良好的效果。 In recent years,hydraulic lift inverted construction technology has been widely used in large scale storage tanks owing to its high safety,low costs of equipment and materials.Four sets of 10×104 m3 storage tanks in the 140×104 m3 commercial crude oil storage deport project at Dushanzi Petrochemical Plant were successfully built using this construction technology.The selection,allocation and installation of the hydraulic lift devices as well as the working procedures of lifting and welding were described,and the key is sues of quality control were summarized.
