摘要
某公司2台500万t/a常减压电脱盐罐需要进行焊后热处理,由于热处理炉结构尺寸的局限,该设备无法进行炉内整体热处理,经研究确定采用内燃烧器加热、外保温的方法解决这一难题。文章详细介绍了内燃烧器加热、外保温、测温、温度控制、排烟方法及其配套设施的制作与安装等。实践证明,该热处理方法的温度曲线完全满足热处理工艺要求。
There are two electric desalting tanks in the 500×104 t/a atmospheric and vacuum facility needing heat treatment after welding.Owing to the dimensional limitation of the heat treatment furnace,the tanks can not be treated integrally in the furnace.To solve this difficult problem,the method using internal burner and external thermal insulation is adopted.The relevant techniques such as internal burner,external thermal insulation,temperature detection and control,smoke exhaust as well as the manufacture and installation of matching devices are described in detail.The application of the method shows that the temperature curve satisfies fully the request of heat treatment process.
