摘要
履带式吊管机是大口径长输管道施工的专用设备,采用传统的设计方法往往不可避免地产生一定误差,影响了产品的整机性能。为此我们在70t履带式液压吊管机的设计过程中,应用了三维实体设计、有限元分析、运动学仿真等先进设计技术,对结构设计和受力计算方案进行优化,提高了整机性能。新设计出的40t和70t级两种规格的吊管机在西气东输二线西段、永唐秦和兰郑长管道工程中的应用,效果良好。
Sideboom Tractor is the special equipment for large diameter long-distance pipeline construction.In its traditional design methods,certain errors are inevitable and cause a bad influence on product quality.In the design of 70 t class sideboom tractor,new design techniques such as three-dimension solid design,finite element analysis and kinematic imitation are used to optimize the structural design and force calculationschemes.The newly designed 40 t class and 70 t class sideboom tractors have good integral functions and achieve good application results in the projects of the west section of Second West to East Gas Pipeline,Yong-Tan-Qin Pipeline and Lan-Zheng-Chang Pipeline.
