摘要
对往复式压缩机进行失效事故树分析,就是通过对各种失效因素间的逻辑关系的描述,找出可能导致事故发生的基本原因,查明压缩机运行中各种固有的或潜在的危险因素,提高系统的安全性和可靠性。文章建立了以"往复式压缩机失效"为顶端事件的事故树,共考虑了82个基本事件,有81个最小割集。这些最小割集定性地描述了往复式压缩机设计、制造、运行管理及维修中的薄弱环节。通过最小割集求解基本事件的结构重要度,确定影响往复式压缩机失效的主要原因为机械振动、热力性能(如温升过高)和排气系统不正常等。
The failure fault tree analysis of the reciprocating compressor is through the description of logical relations among various failure factors to find out the initial factor which may cause the accident to occur,to verify each kind of inherent or latent dangerous factor in the natural gas compressor movement and to enhance the security and reliability of system.In this paper,a fault tree is formed by taking the'reciprocating compressor failure'as the top event and considering 82 basic events and 81 minimum cut sets which describe qualitatively the weaknesses in design,manufacture,operation and maintenance of the reciprocating compressor.Through solving the structural importance degrees of the basic events,the main causes of reciprocating compressor failure are found out,i.e.mechanical vibration,thermodynamic properties(e.g.excessive temperature rising)and abnormal exhaust system.
