摘要
长庆油田推行标准化的井场设计,坚持数字化管理的建设思路,提高了人力资源的优化效率和生产运行的管理效率;同时对井场平面和设施进行了优化简化,降低了建设成本。文章重点论述了标准化井场设计的特点、应用的工艺技术及标准化井场设计实施的效益等,指出对于10井式的井场投资,标准化井场比常规井场可降低51%的建设成本。
The well site standardized design in Changqing Oilfield is promoted based on digital management thought and raises the optimal efficiency of manpower resource and the management efficiency of production and operation.Furthermore,the standardized design optimizes and simplifies the well site plan layout and equipment so as to reduce construction cost.The features of well site design,applied process techniques and the implementation benefit of the well site standardized design are discussed in this paper.It is pointed out that the construction cost of a standardized well site for ten-well mode reduces by 51%.
