摘要
铁西输油管道横跨长庆油田铁边城、吴起、白豹、陇东和西峰五大油区。在管道设计中,针对沿线多种复杂地形地貌、地形起伏落差大以及沿线进油点多、输量变化大等诸多难点,采用了原油低温密闭输送、中间多点插输、高落差压力自动调节、管道压力和壁厚分布优化、水击超前保护、超压泄放安全保护等技术,应用多项新设备、新材料,取得了节能降耗、减少工程投资等良好效果。
Tibiancheng-Xifeng Pipeline passes five oil blocks of Changqing Oilfield,i.e.Tibiancheng,Wuqi,Baibao,Longdong and Xifeng.There are lots of difficulties in the pipeline design such as complex topography and physiognomy,large elevation differences,many oil input points along the pipeline route and great change of oil transmission volume.Therefore,a series of techniques are applied in the design including low temperature and closed oil transmission,multi-point interposal transmission,pressure automatic regulation for large elevation difference,optimizations of pipeline pressure and wall thickness allocations,water surge pre-protection and overpressure release protection.Meanwhile,many kinds of new equipment and materials are used to save energy and reduce consumption as well as to reduce engineering investments.
