摘要
西气东输二线工程东段第28标段GO038-GO040地处水网地段,地下1.5m以下为流沙,采用顶管穿越高速公路引路易引起塌陷,通过采取在混凝土套管外壁和流沙之间注入膨润土及在钢嵌套混凝土套管前安装顶进机头等技术措施,改进了传统的施工方法,解决了施工难题。
The 28th bidding section GO038-GO040 of the east part of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project is located in water network area with quicksand below 1.5 m from ground.In this area,traditional pipeline crossing highway with pushing pipe method often causes collapse.Therefore,the technical measures including injecting bentonite between concrete casing and quicksand as well as installing pushing head at the front end of steel nesting concrete casing have been studied to improve the traditional method and have overcome the construction difficulties.
