狭小空间内大型钢油罐施工技术研究

摘要 国家某成品油储备库为覆土库工程,其钢油罐建造在钢筋混凝土罐室内部,建造好的钢罐外壁与罐室内壁的距离仅有1m,施工难度大。文章阐述了在狭小的施工空间条件下钢油罐的施工技术难点、工艺选择、罐板预制与材料进罐方法、罐顶施工技术、罐壁板的组装和提升技术等。采用该工艺已成功地完成了10台1万m3钢油罐的施工。 One state owned oil product reserve depot is a kind of soil covered depot.Its steel tank is built within a reinforced concrete tank with a distance of 1 m between the two tank walls.The construction of the steel tank in such small and narrow space is difficult.The construction difficulties,process selection,tank plate prefabrication and material transported into tank,tank roof construction,tank wall plates assembly and lift are described.Ten sets of 1×104 m3 steel tanks have been built by using these construction methods.
