摘要
根据甲醇制烯烃流化床反应-再生工艺对SAPO-34分子筛催化剂的粒径分布、球形度、耐磨强度等的要求,针对催化剂工业化成型的喷雾干燥工艺,综述了浆液的配方、性质、喷雾干燥工艺条件及成型催化剂的后处理等对催化剂的物理化学性质及催化性能影响;介绍了新开发的降低SAPO-34分子筛催化剂成本的成型方法,为甲醇制烯烃工业催化剂的开发提供借鉴。
SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst was used in the fluidized bed reaction-regeneration process for methanol to olefins, which required the good catalyst properties, namely particle distribution, sphericity and attrition resistance. Aiming at the spray drying process of catalyst forming in industry, the effect of slurry composition, slurry properities, spray drying process parameters and post-treatment of the SAPO-34 catalyst on physico-chemical properties and catalytic performance of the catalyst were reviewed. The novel forming methods for preparation of SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst with low cost were introduced, which provided some reference for developing industrial catalyst used in methanol-to-olefin process.
