人胚胎胰腺发育中巢蛋白阳性细胞表达的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探索人胚胎发育过程中胰腺巢蛋白(nestin)阳性细胞表达的变化。方法:应用免疫组织化学EnVision法,检测30例人胚胎胰腺组织中巢蛋白阳性细胞的表达及分布变化。结果:各胎龄段(10~37w)胰腺均有巢蛋白阳性细胞表达,存在于胰岛、间充质和血管中,在腺泡、导管中未发现阳性细胞,胚胎发育晚期阶段(29~37w)巢蛋白阳性细胞高于其它胎龄组。结论:在人胚胎胰腺组织中存在着巢蛋白阳性细胞,该细胞主要分布于胰岛和间充质中。随着胎龄的变化,胰腺巢蛋白阳性细胞数也发生了变化。
