三七对脐静脉内皮细胞增殖的影响

Effect of Proliferation of HUVEC with Sanqi

目的:观察三七以不同浓度和作用时间促脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)增殖的作用。方法:将三七提取物分别按0.25mg/ml、0.5mg/ml、1mg/ml、2mg/ml、4mg/ml不同的浓度分为5个给药组和1个空白组。细胞培养后加入加入不同浓度的三七提取物100μl,分别作用24h、48h后,测定吸光A值。结果:24h时,2mg/ml作用最强,细胞增殖率=12.23%;48h时,4mg/ml作用最强,细胞增殖率(%)=27.93%。结论:三七提取物浓度为4mg/ml,作用时间48h,促HUVEC增殖作用最明显。

Objective：To explore about Sanqi promoting the proliferation of HUVEC.Method：Prepared the Sanqi into 5 different groups： 0.25mg/ml,0.5mg/ml,1mg/ml,2mg/ml,and 4mg/ml,and with a control group.After 24h and 48h,test the colorimetric assay.Results：After 24h,2mg/ml showed the most cell proliferation,and the rate is as high as 12.23%%.And 48h later,4 mg/ml showed the strongest proliferation,the rate of 27.93%.Conclusion：The the most obvious proliferation showed while the concentration is 4 mg / ml,after the 48 h promoting HUVEC.
