摘要
目的：探讨人文关怀护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用,提高患者的生活质量,促进我院现代化护理服务向更深层次发展。方法：对96例33岁~82岁长期血液透析患者在血透过程中应用人文关怀护理模式,并评价其结果。结果：96例患者均有生理和心理方面的改善,患者接受规范血液透析治疗,提高了生活质量。结论：人文关怀护理模式的应用提高了护理服务质量,体现了以人为本的护理内涵。
Objective:To investigate the application of humanistic nursing care in the maintenance hemodialysis patients to enhance their quality of life and promote the development of modern nursing service.Methods Ninety-six the patients were treated by humanistic nursing care in their maintenance hemodialysis process.Results:The physical and psychological aspects and quality of life were improved in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Conclusions:The application of humanistic nursing care enhanced the quality of nursing service,and represented people-oriented nursing onnotation.
