对建设本科教学质量校内监控体系的几点质疑

高校本科教学质量一直都是社会各界关注的焦点。特别是在2007年，教育部召开“质量工程”会议以后，建设本科教学质量监控体系成为高校教学管理工作的一项重要内容。然而，在具体的实践中我们发现，许多高校建立的体系不是泛而空就是杂而乱，实际功效甚微。为此．我们对校内监控体系中的若干环节提出质疑，目的在于更有效的建立健全本科教学质量监控体系。

University Teaching Quality has always been the focus of public attention. Especially in 2007, the Ministry of Education held a ＂Quality＂ Conference, the construction of undergraduate teaching quality control system as teaching an important part of management. However, in concrete practice, we found that many universities to establish the system is not functional and is complex and chaotic space, the actual effect is minimal. To this end, we monitor the school system to challenge a number of areas, aimed at establishing more effective monitoring system and improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.
