摘要
介绍了一种利用Pro/E的参数化技术功能对回转工作台台面进行参数化建模的方法,大大提高了回转工作台台面设计的效率,缩短台面工艺结构的开发周期,提高设计质量。由于回转工作台的台面在运动过程中受力情况相当复杂,利用ANSYS10.0对Pro/E的参数化台面模型进行稳态分析。为产品的预评价、生产加工提供了重要依据。
A parameterized modeling method is introduced to design a rotary worktable.This method can improve the efficiency of the rotary worktable,shorten the development cycle of mesa process structures,and improve the designing quality.The strained condition of the rotary worktable is complex,so ANSYS10.0 is used to analyze the steady-state condition of the model,which is useful to the product assessment,and provides important datam for the production processing.
