3种非典型抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者脂代谢的影响

A Comparative of the Effects on Lipid Metabolism among Three Different Atypical Antipsychotics Agents

目的探讨利培酮、阿立派唑和齐拉西酮3种非典型抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者脂代谢的影响。方法将270例精神分裂症患者随机分成3组,测定单药治疗前后8周空腹血脂,观察治疗前后体质量和腰围。结果利培酮、阿立哌唑、齐拉西酮对脂代谢均有影响。其中体质量、腰围、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白升高与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论非典型抗精神病药物中利培酮、阿立哌唑和齐拉西酮对脂代谢均有明显影响。

Objective To estimate the effects of risperidone,aripiprazole and ziprasidone three atypical antipsychotics on lipid metabolism of patients with schizophrenic.Methods 270 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into risperidone group,aripiprazole group,ziprasidone group.Three fasting blood lipid indices（total cholesterol,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein） ,body weight and circumference of abdomen were measured before and 8 week after drug administration.Results Risperidone,aripiprazole and ziprasidone could effected lipid metabolism,Body weight,circumference of abdomen,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein after drug administrtion differed significantly from those before treatment（all the P values0.01） .Conclusion Among atypical antipsychotics agents,risperidone,aripiprazole,ziprasidone can effect lipid metabolism.
