宫外孕失血性休克患者34例抢救措施探讨

The First-aid Measures Exploration on Ectopic Pregnancy Patients with Hemorrhagic Shock

目的探讨宫外孕失血性休克的抢救处理措施。方法从2008年1月到2009年6月入住衡阳市雁峰区妇幼保健院接受治疗的34例宫外孕失血性休克患者给予严密的检测和有效的治疗。结果患者经过有效抢救和积极治疗,均痊愈出院,成功率达到100%。结论对宫外孕失血性休克展开严密的监测机制和有效的抢救措施,对于挽救患者生命,提高患者术后生活质量是很有意义的。

Objective To investigate the f irst-aid measures exploration on ectopic pregnancy patients with hemorrhagic shock. Methods 34 cases of pregnancy patients with hemorrhagic shock were given strict detection and effective treatment from 2008 January to June 2009 in Yanfeng district maternal and child health hospital. Results Throughout effective emergency and positive therapy,all patients cured,success rate reached up to 100%. Conclusions The strict detection and effective treatment for ectopic pregnancy patients with hemorrhagic shock,can save life of patients and enhance the life quality.
