左侧卧位插胃管法在抢救昏迷患者中的应用研究

Clinical Study on the Stomach Tube Insertion in the Left Lateral Position in Rescuing the Unconscious Patients

目的探讨左侧卧插胃管法在抢救昏迷患者置管过程中其一次置管的成功率和患者发生呕吐、窒息等并发症的发生率;为了更好、有效地减轻患者被插胃管所造成的不适,提高插胃管的一次成功率。方法将100例昏迷患者随机分为常规插胃管法和左侧卧位插胃管法,观察每位患者在插胃管过程中的置管成功程度及并发症发生的情况的各项指标。结果左侧卧位插胃管法比常规插胃管法其一次性成功率高及发生并发症低。结论采取左侧卧位插胃管法是昏迷患者是理想的插胃管的体位。

Objective To study the success rate at the fi rst attempt and the rate of complications in rescuing the unconscious patients with the treatment of the stomachube insertion in the left lateral position,in order to reduce the incomfortable feeling and raise the success rate in the insertion of stomach tube. Methods 100 cases of unconscious patients were divided into the conventional group and the treatment group,collected and analysed the success rate and complications of all the cases. Results The group administered in the left lateral position proved to have a higher success rate and less complications compared with the conventional group. Conclusions The left lateral position is the ideal position for the unconscious patients.
