2型糖尿病患者拒绝注射胰岛素的原因分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures about Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Insulin Injection Refused

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者拒绝注射胰岛素的原因,并及时实施护理措施。方法用自行设计的调查表,对80例2型糖尿病需要注射胰岛素而拒绝的患者进行分析,并对患者进行胰岛素知识的讲解,用药指导和心里疏导。结果 76例患者接受了胰岛素治疗。结论通过调查分析,明确了拒绝注射胰岛素的原因,实施相应的护理措施,是提高患者治疗依从性,提高治疗效果,提高生活质量的有效措施之一。

Objective To fi nd out the reasons of 2 diabetics refuse to inject insulin and help nurses take corresponded measures promptly. Methods 80 type 2 diabetics who refuse to inject insulin to recover health in spite of they should are investigated with a questionnaire designed by ourselves. After results are researched and analysed,nurses will correspondingly explain the related knowledge of insulin＇ s usage to the patients and instruct them to use insulin correctly. Moreover,some psychological direction are necessary. Results 76 of the study group accepted the therapy. Conclusion The reasons of diabetics refuse to use insulin are clear. And seasonable and comparative nursing measures are supposed to be an effective approach to enhance the patients’ compliance,increase the outcome of treatment,and improve all the patients＇ quality of life.
