摘要
为了评估胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)在胎儿、胎盘生长发育中的作用,用放射免疫分析法(RIM)测定了脐血清 IGF-I的浓度。结果显示:脐血清 IGF-I在SGA组、AGA组、LGA组分别为(90.80± 49.00)μg/L、(144. 59± 46. 73)μg/L、(209. 17± 81.45)μg/L。与 AGA组比较,SGA组脐血清 IGF-I浓度显著减低( t= 4.77, P<0.01),LGA组显著升高(t=7.97,P<0.01)。说明IGF-I是胎儿胎盘生长发育的重要调节因子,对巨大儿、小样儿的形成有重要作用。
To evaluate the role of insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I)in fetal growth and Placental growth, cord blood IGF-I was detained by radioimmunoassay(RlA ) after serum Samples were extracted with acid-ethanol. The mean serum levels of IGF-l in the small-for gestationd-age(SGA), average-for-gestational-age (AGA), large-for-gestational-age (LGA) neonates were(90. 80 ±49. 00)μg/L, (144. 59±46. 73 )μg/L, (209. 17 ± 81. 45)μg/L resistively. The mean serum levels of IGF- I in the SGA neonates were significantly lower than those in AGA neonates(t =4. 77, P<0. 01). But the serum concen- trations of IGF-I in the LGA neonates were significantly higher than those of AGA neonates(t = 7. 97, P<0. 01). These results suggested that IGF-I was an important regulator of fetal and placental growth and development. It had the key role for macrosomia and IUGR forming.
