重症肌无力症脑干听觉诱发电位的研究

Brain Stem Auditory Evoked Potentials Study of Patients with Myasthenia Gravis

目的：探讨重症肌无力（ＭＧ）患者脑干听觉电生理系统是否存在损害。方法：利用丹迪ＭＫ２型肌电图、诱发电位仪，对３０例ＭＧ患者的脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）进行检测，并与正常对照组比较。结果：患者组Ⅰ～Ｖ峰间潜伏期（ＩＰＬ）和Ⅰ～Ｖ ＩＰＬ两侧耳差值与对照组比较有明显差别，治疗后较前 Ｉ～Ｖ ＩＰＬ延长和 Ｉ～Ｖ ＩＰＬ两侧耳差值增大有明显好转。结论：ＢＡＥＰ检查有助于判断ＭＧ患者脑干听觉电生理系统有无受累并有助疗效观察。

Objective: In order to find out whether the lesions affected brain stem auditory pathways in Patients with myasthenia gravis(MS). Method: Brain stem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) in 30 Patients were tested by Daantec MK_2 EMG evoked potentials instrument and compared with 30 healthy healthy Results: There were significant differences in I-VIPL and two ears different value of I-V IPL between the Patient and control groups. The Prolongal I-V IPL and increased two ears different value of I-V IPL in the Patients after treatment were aligns of evident recovery. Conclusion :BAEP examina- tion is conducive to judging brain stem auditory pathways system involvement of MG and obServing curative effects.
