土家药配合乳酶生治疗小儿秋冬季腹泻104例临床观察

Treating the 104 child＇s diarrhoea in the autumn and winter with the Tujia medicime and Lactasin

目的探讨土家药配合乳酶生治疗小儿秋冬季腹泻的疗效。方法将我院2006年6月-2008年4月间我科住院的秋冬季腹泻患儿204例随机分为治疗组104例，对照组100例。两组患儿均酌情予补液对症治疗。治疗组用土家药“凉肚方”水煎服，每日一剂；乳酶生片（1岁以内每次0．6；1—2岁每次0．9；2．4岁，每次1．2，均每133次），口服，每天3次。两药间隔半小时以上服用，连用3天。对照组用利巴韦林10--15mg／kg．d，静脉滴注，同样连用3天。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论土家药配合乳酶生治疗小儿秋冬季腹泻疗效显著而安全，是一种值得推广的回归自然的绿色疗法。

Objective To approach treating the child＇s diarrhoea in the autumn and Winter with the Tujia madicine and Lactasin. Methods Divide the childrenpatients sent into our hospital in June 2006-April 2008 because of diarrhoeain the autumn and winter into two groups randomly,104 patients for the treatment group,and the nther 100 fnrthe control group. They were all treated with fluid infusionas you see fit.The treatment group took the medicine -Tujia ＂liangdufang＂simmered in water, once a day.And half an hour after they took the above medicine, they took Lactasin （0.6 each time for the babies under 1 year old 0.9 for 1--2 years old;1.2 for 2---4 years old,andall three times a day）, three times a day,and continued like this for three days.And the control group were treated with Ribavirin 10---15mg/kg.d. in intravenous drip,and continued like this for three days,too.Result The treatment group obviously surpassed the control group on the curative effect.Conclusion The Tujia medicine with Lactasin .in curing the child＇s diarrhoea inthe autumn and winter have obvious effect andare used safely and deserved to be spread.
