摘要
目的探讨骨科患者术后疼痛的护理干预措施。方法对138例骨科术后患者随即分为干预组和对照组各69例，具有可比性对照组给予常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上进行针对性的护理干预。结果术后72h疼痛评估中干预组发生重度疼痛者只有14例，占20．28％，较对照组79．71％有明显差异。结论对于骨科手术患者，进行个体化的护理干预，可有效缓解疼痛。
objective To investigate the clinical results of oral and external Chinese traditional medicine to treat humeral shaft fracture after operation. Methods 138 cases were randomly divided into two groups, and each group has 69 cases. Control group was treated with routine nursing, intervention group was treated nursing intervention based on the routine nursing. In the control group, part heavy pain was20.28 % were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）Results： The nursing intervention can alleviate the pain of orthopedics patients
