妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制270例治疗分析

目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病的血糖控制状况与妊娠结局的关系。方法：回顾性分析270例经糖尿病筛查发现并确诊的GDM患者的临床资料，比较三组的妊娠结局。结果：Ⅲ组的孕产妇并发症，剖宫产率，均较I组和Ⅱ组明显升高，妊娠结局I组和Ⅱ组较好，Ⅲ组较差，而I组和Ⅱ组间无明显差异。结论：妊娠期糖筛查妊娠期糖尿病孕期若能积极控制血糖，适时终止妊娠，母婴愈后良好。

Objective： To evaluate the glycemic control in gestational diabetes and pregnancy outcome. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 270 cases of diabetes screening by the discovery and clinical diagnosis of GDM, and compared three groups of pregnancy outcome. Results： m group of maternal complications, cesarean section rate, compared with group I and II were significantly higher in pregnancy I and group II better, III group of poor, while group I and II were no significant difference. Conclusion： Screening for gestational diabetes during pregnancy glucose control blood sugar during pregnancy can play an active and timely termination of pregnancy, maternal and child made a full recovery.
