本文报告了延安市2006--2010年全市发生的19起食物中毒，并对检验结果进行了分析。文中介绍了去除生物碱的简易方法，提出了餐饮业要加强防范，预防食物中毒的意见，同时要加大对小商地摊民间毒物、毒性强的鼠药的偷售行为的督查管控力度，严格实行剧烈毒性灭鼠药经售许可证制度的建议。
