踝肱指数指数异常增高的糖尿病患者心血管危险因素研究

Ankle brachial index of diabetic patients with cardiovascular risk factors

目的：分析析踝肱指数（ABI）异常增高的糖尿病患者的心血管病危险因素是否增加。方法：回顾性分析我院内分泌科2004年-2009年2型糖尿病患者共320例临床资料。采用多普勒血流探测仪测定患者的ABI。将患者分为3组。低ABI组（ABI〈0．90，n=110）；正常ABI组（O．90≤ABI≤1．40，n=60）；异常增高ABI组（ABI〉1．40，n=50），同时对相关大血管危险因素进行分析同时对相关大血管危险因素进行分析。结果：踝肱指数指数异常增高的糖尿病患者心血管危险因素高于低ABI组及正常ABI组，低ABI组血管危险因素高于正常组。结论：踝肱指数指数异常增高亦会增加糖尿病患者心血管危险因素。

Objective： To analyze whether risk factors of diabetic patients with a higher ankle brachial index in developing cardioascular diseases increased. Methods ： retrospective the clinical data of the 320 patients with type 2 diabetes from 2004 - 2009 . By examining the ABI,the patients were divided into three groups. Low ABI group （ABI 〈 o. 90, n = 110）, Normal ABI group （o. 90 acuities ABI, n = 1.40 than 60）, Abnormal ABI group （ n = 〉 1.40 ABI, 50）, and of great vascular risk factors for related analysis and big vascular risk factors were analyzed. Results： The risk factors of eardioascular disease of diabetic patients with ankle brachial index higher than 1.4 was higherthan it ankle hrachial index less than 0.9 and the normal group. The risk factors of cardioaseular disease of diabetic patients with ankle brachial index less than 1.4 was higher than the normal group. Conclusion ： The diabetic patients with ankle brachial index higher than 1.4 have more risk factors of cardioascular disease.
