摘要
从长苞香蒲TyphaangustataBoryetChaub的干燥花粉中分离得到一黄酮甙化合物,经UV、IR、FAB-MS、1HNMR、13CNMR、1H-1HCOSY、13C-1HCOSY谱及水解试验鉴定其结构为异鼠李素-3-0-α-L-鼠李糖(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖甙,即异鼠李素-3-0-新橙皮糖甙(isorhamnetin-3-0-neohesperidoside,I)。
The mechanism of Gallbladder-warming Decoction in the treatment of psychoneurosis was studied and the bodily behavior of mice,including autonomous behavior,climbing behavior and head raising,was observed.Results:Compared with normal saline,both Gallbladder-warming Decoction and wintermin obviously reduced autonomous activity(P<0 01),climbing activity induced by water morphine(P<0 01)and head raising induced by L-dopa(P<0 01).And the inhibiting action of Gallbladder-warming Decoction was weaker than that of wintermin(P<0 01).It suggested that Gallbladder-warming Decoction was a choice in the treatment of psychoneurosis.
