摘要
目的:筛选妇癌灵贴剂中马钱予的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(3 4)正交实验法,以士的宁为指标成分,利用高效液相测定每一种提取工艺所得士的宁的含量以确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取条件为A2B3C2D3。结论:70%乙醇,10倍量溶媒,回流提取3次,每次提取2小时为马钱子提取的最佳工艺。
Objective: To select the optimum extraction technological conditions of Semen Strychni in Fuailing Transdermal Patches. Methods:To determine the optimum extraction conditions, L9 (3 4 ) orthogonal testing methods was used .The method of High Performance Liquid Chromatography was used to determined the content of Strychnine of each extraction as a mark component. Results:The optimum extraction conditions is A2B3C2D3. Conclusion: 70% ethanol, 10 times the amount of solvent, refluxing and extracting three times, and two hours extracting for each time were the optimum extraction technological conditions of Semen Strychni.
