摘要
回采质量不仅是矿山评价生产管理的依据,同时反映了矿山资源利用的效益,而采用传统方法获得的指标往往存在较大误差,严重制约着我国矿山的发展.结合某铜矿实际,运用CMS三维探测成果准确计算获得采场回采过程中的贫化率、损失率等技术指标,同时结合矿山信息系统统计的回采经济指标,构建了采场回采质量评价指标体系.针对被评价采场回采指标间的不相容性,利用集对分析方法,如采矿综合成本及采矿工班效率等,计算回采指标与最优指标的贴近度,综合评价了各采场回采质量的优劣.结果表明:该方法与模糊数学评价法有较好的一致性,且计算简单,是一种易于推广的评价方法.
Stoping quality is not only a reference for production management evaluation of mine,but also reflects utilizing benefit of mine resources,however index errors obtained by traditional methods are often relatively large,the development of mine is seriously restricted.According to a copper mine in this paper,technical indexes of stoping process including dilution rate and loss rate are accurately calculated and obtained by three-dimensional detection of CMS.By integrating mining economic indicators acquired from mine information system,stoping quality evaluation index system is constructed.Considering incompatibility among the evaluated stoping indicators,regarding dilution rate,loss rate,mining comprehensive cost and mining engineering efficiency as evaluation indexes,closeness degrees of the mining index and the best index are calculated by set pair analysis method,and stoping quality of stopes is comprehensively evaluated.The results show that the method is basically consistent with fuzzy mathematics assessment method and easy to calculate.Thus it is an easily popularizing evaluation method.
