拉西地平-PVP共沉淀物的制备及其胶囊的药物溶出度

PREPARATION OF LACIDIPINE PVP COPRECIPITATE AND DISSOLUTION OF ITS CAPSULES

研究了拉西地平（１）与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（ＰＶＰ）共沉淀物的制备，考察了１与不同比例的ＰＶＰ共沉淀物胶囊的药物累积溶出度，结果表明，１－ＰＶＰ（１∶５）共沉淀物胶囊的累积溶出度明显高于同比例物理混合物胶囊及司乐平片。

The coprecipitates of lacidipine (1) with different ratios of PVP were prepared, and the accumulated dissolution of its capsules were explored. The satisfactory ratio of 1∶ PVP was 1∶5 and the accumulated dissolution of the capsules was distinctly higher than those of capsules of physical mixture of 1 PVP(1∶5) and commercial Si Le Ping tablets.
