摘要
从康定乌头 Aconitum tatsinenense的块根中分得 9个单体成分,根据波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为印乌碱(indaconitine,I),粗茎乌碱甲(crassicauline A,Ⅱ),dolichotine A(Ⅲ),8-乙酰-14-苯甲酰查斯曼宁(8-acetyl-14-benzoyl-chasmanine,Ⅳ),查斯曼尼丁(chasmaconitine,Ⅴ),滇乌碱(yunaconitine,Ⅵ),塔拉萨敏(talatisamine Ⅶ ),8-去乙酰滇乌碱(8-deacetylyunaconitine,Ⅷ)和查斯曼宁(chasmanine,Ⅸ)。
Nine known diterpenoid alkaloids have been isolated from the root of Aconitum tatsinenense Finet et Gagnep. Their structures were identified as indaconitine (Ⅰ), crassicauline A (Ⅱ), dolichotine A (Ⅲ), 8-acetyl-14-benzoyl-chasmanine (Ⅳ ), chasmaconitine (Ⅴ), yunaconitine (Ⅵ), talatisamine (Ⅶ), 8-deacetylyunaconitine (Ⅷ) and chasmanine (Ⅸ ) on the basis of spectral data.
