康定乌头根的化学成分研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Kangding Monkshood Root (Aconitum tatsinenense)

从康定乌头 Ａｃｏｎｉｔｕｍ ｔａｔｓｉｎｅｎｅｎｓｅ的块根中分得 ９个单体成分，根据波谱数据分析，分别鉴定为印乌碱（ｉｎｄａｃｏｎｉｔｉｎｅ，Ｉ），粗茎乌碱甲（ｃｒａｓｓｉｃａｕｌｉｎｅ Ａ，Ⅱ），ｄｏｌｉｃｈｏｔｉｎｅ Ａ（Ⅲ），８－乙酰－１４－苯甲酰查斯曼宁（８－ａｃｅｔｙｌ－１４－ｂｅｎｚｏｙｌ－ｃｈａｓｍａｎｉｎｅ，Ⅳ），查斯曼尼丁（ｃｈａｓｍａｃｏｎｉｔｉｎｅ，Ⅴ），滇乌碱（ｙｕｎａｃｏｎｉｔｉｎｅ，Ⅵ），塔拉萨敏（ｔａｌａｔｉｓａｍｉｎｅ Ⅶ ），８－去乙酰滇乌碱（８－ｄｅａｃｅｔｙｌｙｕｎａｃｏｎｉｔｉｎｅ，Ⅷ）和查斯曼宁（ｃｈａｓｍａｎｉｎｅ，Ⅸ）。

Nine known diterpenoid alkaloids have been isolated from the root of Aconitum tatsinenense Finet et Gagnep. Their structures were identified as indaconitine (Ⅰ), crassicauline A (Ⅱ), dolichotine A (Ⅲ), 8-acetyl-14-benzoyl-chasmanine (Ⅳ ), chasmaconitine (Ⅴ), yunaconitine (Ⅵ), talatisamine (Ⅶ), 8-deacetylyunaconitine (Ⅷ) and chasmanine (Ⅸ ) on the basis of spectral data.
