摘要
目前,医疗纠纷有增无减,如何建立一套行之有效的纠纷解决机制,减少纠纷给社会带来的风险和危害成为研究必要。文章在立足于ADR解决机制基本理论的基础上,通过对各国医疗纠纷解决机制的考察,分析了中国医疗纠纷解决机制中存在的问题,进而对中国医疗纠纷中ADR解决机制的构建提出建议。
There are more and more cases of medical disputes so it is necessary to work out ways solving the problems,say developing a set of feasible mechanism.Based on the basic mechanism of ADR,many cases of medical dispute in different countries are analyzed,along with the analysis of Chinese system of medical dispute solving.There are proposals to develop an efficient measurement.
