白内障术后角膜散光的研究进展

Research Progress of Cornea Astigmatism after Cataract Extraction

角膜散光是影响白内障术后裸眼视力的主要因素之一。白内障手术方式、手术切口大小、位置、形态的不同,对角膜散光影响不同。术后散光是术前散光与手术源性散光的矢量和,因此,术前准确了解角膜的屈光状态,通过手术切口的设计,选择合适的手术方式和部位,纠正术前已存在的散光,减少手术源性散光,是减少白内障术后屈光性问题,提高视力的首要要求。

The main factor affecting post cataract operation of naked vision is cornea astigmatism.Different cataract operative patterns,incision size,location,and shape vary in influence on cornea astigmatism.Postoperative astigmatism is the vector sum of preoperative and intraoperative astigmatism.Preoperatively,ophthalmic surgeons should be aware of cornea astigmatism for choosing the appropriate operative modality and location through designing the incision to correct cornea astigmatism and decrease surgically induced astigmatism,required for resolving problems of post cataract operative refraction and improving visual acuity.
