摘要
近30年新发现并已证实病原体的感染病近40种,有些病原菌可产生新的输血传染病。已被证实经输血传播的病原菌有西尼罗病毒、锥体虫、疟原虫、巴贝西虫、细小病毒B19、登革热病毒和朊毒体引起的克雅病。没有证实但可能引起传播的有人类疱疹病毒8、TT病毒、禽流感、严重急性呼吸器官综合征、猴痘病毒等。输血服务机构对新发感染病应该引起足够的重视和警觉。
There are almost 40 type of the infectious diseases which have been discovered and proven the pathogens in the last 30 years,some bacteria could produce the new blood transfusion infectious diseases.Many agents have confirmed through transfusion transmitted,including west nile virus,Trypanosoma cruzi,plasmodium,Babesia,parvovirus B19,dengue virus,and the prions that cause variant Creutzfeld-Jacob disease.Other agents such as human herpes virus-8,TT virus,avian flu virus,severe acute respiratory syndrome,monkeypox vurus et al,that have not yet been proved to be transfusion-transmitted.It should pay enough attention and vigilance for blood transfusion services of these new infectious diseases.
