摘要 近年研究证实,2型糖尿病已成为认知功能损害的独立危险因素。糖尿病认知功能损害患者主要表现在注意、记忆、思维及电生理、形态学等方面的改变。生活习惯和心理因素是糖尿病认知功能损害较为主要的相关因素。糖尿病认知功能损害发生机制除与代谢障碍有关外,胰岛素抵抗、炎性反应也起着非常重要的作用。 Recent studies have confirmed that type 2 diabetes has become an independent risk factor for cognitive impairment.Cognitive impairment in patients with diabetes were mainly presented as changes in attention,memory,thinking and electrophysiology,morphology so on several aspects.Lifestyle and psychological factors were more major factors in cognitive impairment in patients with diabetes.In addition to metabolic disorders outside,insulin resistance and inflammatory response inflammatory response also played a very important role.
