头穴透刺对急性脑缺血大鼠海马GFAP mRNA、NSE mRNA表达的影响 被引量:2

Influences of Scalp-Point Penetration Needling on the Expression of GFAP mRNA and NSE mRNA in the Hippocampus of Acute Cerebral Ischemia Rats

摘要 目的观察头穴透刺对急性脑缺血大鼠海马胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)mRNA及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)mRNA表达的影响。方法将32只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、脑缺血组、头穴透刺组,采用实时荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测各组大鼠海马GFAP mRNA和NSE mRNA表达。结果脑缺血后大鼠海马GFAP mRNA表达增加,NSE mRNA表达减少,头穴透刺组海马GFAP mRNA表达较脑缺血组明显减少,NSE mRNA表达明显增加,经统计学处理,均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论头穴透刺可促进脑缺血神经干细胞的分化,改善神经功能,这可能是其抗脑缺血损伤的作用机理之一。 Objective To observe the influence of scalp point penetration needling on the expression of glial fibrilally acidic protein (GFAP) mRNA and neural stem cell (NSE) mRNA in the hippocampus of acute cerebral ischemia rats.Methods Thirty two rats were equally randomized into normal group,sham group,cerebral ischemia group and scalp point penetration needling group (for each group,n=8).The expression of GFAP mRNA and NSE mRNA in the hippocampus in each group was assayed by method of real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results After modeling,the expression of GFAP mRNA in the hippocampus was increased,while the expression of NSE mRNA was decreased.Compared with cerebral ischemia group,the expression of GFAP mRNA in the hippocampus in scalp-point penetration needling group decreased significantly (P 0.01),while the expression of NSE mRNA increased significantly (P 0.01).Conclusion It may be one of the possible mechanisms of scalp point penetration needling protecting the brain against ischemic injury that scalp point penetration needling promotes differentiation of neural stem cell and improve neural function.
