摘要
目的摸索吡硫醇聚乙二醇前药中吡硫醇的含量测定方法。方法以吡硫醇为对照品,用紫外分光光度计对其含量进行了初步测定,测定波长为314nm。结果吡硫醇浓度在2.88-23.02μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999;含量测定回收率为99.49%,RSD为1.15%(n=9)。结论采用紫外分光光度法测定吡硫醇聚乙二醇前药中吡硫醇含量的方法简便可行。
Objective To explore the content determination of pyritinol in pyritinol PEG prodrugs.Methods Determined the pyritinol in pyritinol PEG prodrugs by UV-spectrophotometry using pyritinol as comparison sample.Wavelength：314nm.Results The content of the pyritinol solution showed a better linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 2.88-23.02 μg/mL,Correlation coefficient was 0.9999;The recovery rate was 99.49% and the relative standard deviation was 1.15% （n=9）.Conclusion The method of determination is simple and Feasible.
