摘要
目的建立不同品系绞股蓝黄酮类成分HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱注Hibar C18(250×4.6mm,5μm),梯度洗脱。结果标定了10个共有峰,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求。结论本方法稳定,可靠,精密度高,重现性好,可为绞股蓝药材质量标准的制定提供科学依据。
Objective To establish high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprint spectrum for flavone ingredients in herba gynostemae of different strains.Methods Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was applied with Hibar C18(250 × 4.6mm,5μm) chromatographic column for gradient elution.Results 10 common peaks were labeled and met the criteria of fingerprint spectrum technology methodologically.Conclusion This method is stable,reliable,accurate with good repeatability,therefore can provide scientific basis for making quality standard for herba gynostemae.
