摘要
目的测定复方妥布霉素滴眼液中妥布霉素和地塞米松的含量。方法采用双波长紫外分光光度法测定妥布霉素和地塞米松的含量。结果妥布霉素在5-35μg/mL范围内浓度与吸收值呈线性关系,平均回收率为99.93%,RSD为0.3210%。地塞米松在15-45μg/mL范围内浓度与吸收值呈线性关系,平均回收率为99.94%,RSD为O.4767%。结论本实验的含量测定方法准确简便,重现性好,可用于制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determine contents of tobramycin and dexamethasone in Compound Tobramycin Eye Drops.Methods Dual-wavelength ultraviolet spectorphotometry was applied for the determination.Results At range of 5μg/ml-35μg/ml,a linear correlation of concentration and absorption was observed in tobramycin,with the average recovery rate of 99.93%,RSD=0.3210%.And,at range of 15μg/ml-45μg/ml,a linear correlation of concentration and absorption was observed in dexamethasone,with the average recovery rate of 99.94%,RSD=0.4767%.Conclusion The method in this study is simple,accurate with good repeatability,therefore is suitable for quality control for the preparation.
