民族地区民营经济发展制度研究——以四川凉山彝族自治州为例

Institutional Study on the Development of Private Economy in Minority Area——Take Liangshan Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan for Example

本文以政府意识形态偏好模型为基点,利用凉山州数据对模型进行检验,发现凉山州政府的偏好收敛于国有经济的发展,而这种意识形态偏好将决定凉山州的制度安排偏向于发展国有经济,从而找到了民族地区民营经济发展严重滞后的根本原因。但由于民族地区的人文环境较为复杂,因此,在进行制度变迁时需要注意相关的问题。

On the basis of ideology preference pattern of government,this paper finds that the preference of Liangshan government converges to the development of state-owned economy when the data of Liangshan is used to test the model.The ideology preference will decide the institutional arrangement of Liangshan government declined to the development of state-owned economy.The basis reason of lag-behind of private economy in the minority area is found.However,because of complex humanity environment in the minority areas,relevant problems should be paid attention to when the institutions are being changed.
