高葶韭种质资源描述符建立及应用价值

Descriptor Establishment and Application Value of Germplasm Resources of Allium obliquum L.

为了确立高葶韭种质资源科学的性状描述符,对其资源进行有效保护利用,依照IPGRI葱属植物描述符从采集信息、植株特征、开花与结实特征以及种子特征等方面共建立了28个高葶韭种质资源描述符,并对其应用价值进行了评价。高葶韭种质资源营养价值高,维生素C含量高达117.70mg/100g,高碳水化合物含量使其食用风味更加浓郁,具有高的食用价值;花葶空间生长姿态多样,球状伞形花序上具多而密集的淡黄色至黄绿色小花,花期长,具有独特的观赏价值;同时还具有药用、饲用、遗传应用以及植物源农药等潜在应用价值。

Abstract In this paper, the application value is evaluated and 28 descriptors are esteblished according to the IPGRI Allium descriptors in the aspects of collecting data, plant, inflorescence, fruit and seed. A. obliquum L. germplasm resources has high edible value with Vc content of 117.70 mg/100 g and high carbohydrate content. Its scape has diversiform attitude and flower has yellow to greenish yellow colour for its unique aesthetic value. It also has potential medicinal, breeding and genetic value and the value in the development of botanical pesticides. The science and reliable descriptors are provided for the international resources sharing and facilitate its effective protection and genetic use.
