摘要 一次风是电站锅炉燃料输送系统的主要动力来源。一次风要同时完成燃料输送和煤粉着火,过大、过小的风煤比都要影响到煤粉在炉内的正常燃烧。密封风量对风煤比也有一定影响,通过考虑密封风量修正风煤比曲线,降低最小风速的裕量,保证磨煤机乃至整台机组的正常运行。 Primary air is recognized as the predominant power resources in fuel delivery system for utility boiler.It should accomplish conveying fuels and firing the coal powder simultaneously.Besides,too large or too small air-coal ratio affects formal combustion of coal powder in the boiler.The flow of sealing air has certain effects on air-coal ratio,it corrects the air-coal curve through considering the flow of air-coal ratio and decreases the allowance of minimum air velocity in order to guarantee the coal mill even the whole unit to operate normally.
