鸠山内阁“东亚共同体”构想的进展、缺陷与中国对策

The Progress and Defects of Yukio Haloyama Cabinet's "East Asian Community" Conception and China's Countermeasures

日本鸠山内阁的"东亚共同体"构想自提出之日起即引起各方的关注。各国对其反应不一,虽然相关国家已经表现出一定的意愿和积极态度,但就目前的情况来看,日本的这一构想和政策还存在很多问题、缺陷和弊端,尤其是没有现实可行的具体步骤,而只是一个积极的政治愿景。从中国的角度来讲,应该对此给予高度关注,并采取积极的态度推动"东亚共同体"的建立。

＂East Asian Community＂, put forward by Yukio Haloyama Cabinet, has aroused much attention of all other countries. While the reactions from all other countries vary, the related countries show certain will and positive attitude toward＂East Asian Community. ＂At present,there are many problems and defects in the con- ception,and especially,it is not a practical and concrete proposal but a positive political hope. For our part,we should pay great attention to it and take a positive attitude to promote its establishment.
