The problem caused by the continuum between Middle School English teaching and College English teaching brought considerable reflection to researchers on College School education.It becomes distinct for the colllege freshmen.Therefore,learning students＇ study habits,linking two stages of English study well,offering help to overcome barriers in study English and fear become increasingly important in teaching activities for college freshmen.
