电压偏差条件下笼型感应电机的损耗特性 被引量:23

摘要 为了研究电压偏差条件下笼型感应电机的损耗特性,以一台Y225M-8型22kW电机为例,利用场-路耦合时步有限元法,在额定电压±10%范围内,定量分析电机带轻载及额定负载时各项损耗的变化情况,并进一步针对Y系列3种不同容量电机,得出其在电压偏差条件下带不同负载时总损耗变化的一般规律。经损耗分析发现,无论在欠电压还是过电压下,满载总铁耗均明显高于轻载总铁耗,而铁耗中的附加铁耗通常要高于基本铁耗。对5.5kW和22kW电机进行实验研究,通过对比其在额定电压下满载运行时实测和计算损耗值,验证了所提出的损耗计算方法的正确性。 In order to study the loss characteristics of the cage motor under voltage deviation condition, taking a 22kW (Y225M-8) motor for example,the field-circuit coupled time-stepping finite element(T-S FEM) was used to analyze the changing situation of each loss within ± 10% rated voltage under light and full load conditions. And further,aiming at Y series three different capacity motor,the changing law of the total losses is also presented. Through the loss analysis,it is found that the total iron losses with full load is obviously higher than the one with light load due to the changed stray iron losses; the stray losses is changing with voltage and load conditions and it is usually higher than the fundamental iron loss. Compared with the tested losses of 5. 5kW and 22kW motors with rated load condition,the correctness of the calculation method are verified.
