大型交流励磁双馈风力发电机的设计 被引量:7

摘要 针对交流励磁双馈风力发电机内部电磁关系既不同于同步电机亦有别于异步电机所带来电磁设计方面差异的问题,对此类电机的电磁设计进行研究,推导出电磁计算公式。运用等效磁路法设计额定功率1.5MW的交流励磁双馈风力发电机,绘制出该电机的运行特性曲线。将设计结果与工厂样机的实验数据进行对比分析。结果表明:电机的极数、定转子槽数的合理选择可以降低电机的材料使用,节省成本,有助于交流励磁双馈风力发电机运行性能的改善。 The electromagnetic reactions of a doubly-fed generator are different from synchronous machine and asynchronous machine. They differ from one another in electromagnetic design. First,on the basis of introducing doubly-fed generator principle and electromagnetic design method is given in this paper. Then,a 1. 5 MW output power of the AC-excited doubly-fed generator is designed by equivalent magnet-ic-circuit method. The characteristic curves were brought. At last,the theory date is equal to the experi-ment date by comparing with them. These results show that the proper choice of the pole-slot number combination can reduce usage of material,as well as save cost,which can help to improve the operation performance of a AC-excited doubly-fed generator.
