摘要
针对内埋式永磁同步电机的弱磁控制,提出一种修正电流设定值的方法。该方法由两部分组成:弱磁区域的确定和设定电流修正值的计算。电机运行所在的弱磁区域由恒转矩曲线方向和电流调节器输出电压递减方向之间的夹角来确定,输出电压的递减方向信息通过梯度下降法计算得到;设定电流修正值的大小根据该弱磁区域内转矩、电压变化量的方向信息和电流调节器输出电压与电压设定值的差值来确定。通过实验验证了该控制策略的正确性和可行性,实验结果表明所提出的控制策略控制精确度高、响应速度快、鲁棒性好。
For the flux weakening control strategy of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,a method of modifying the current setting has been proposed. The method consisted of two parts: one was the determination of the flux weakening region,and another was the current setting modification. The flux weakening region was determined by the angle between the constant torque direction and the output of current regulator decreasing direction,the direction of voltage decreasing was calculated by using the gra-dient descent method. The current setting was modified by the direction of the variation of torque and voltage and the magnitude of the voltage error according to the flux weakening region. The experiment re-sult verifies the validity and the feasibility of the control strategy,and it also has high control precision, fast response and robustness.
