猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型的研究进展

Research Approach of Porcine Circovirus TypeⅡ

猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型(porcine circovirus type2,PCV-2)是引起猪圆环病毒病(porcine circovirus desease,PCVD)的主要病原,在猪群中广泛存在。本病毒可以单独或者与其它病原混合感染猪只,引起断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)、育肥猪皮炎与肾病综合征(PDNS)等一系列较为复杂的疾病,严重威胁猪只的健康。经过10余年持续不断的努力,各国对PCV-2的研究日益深入,对病毒的相关特性也有了较为清晰的认识。对病毒的病原学、流行病学、致病机理、临床症状、病理变化、诊断和防制对策等方面的研究进展进行了简要综述。

Porcine circovirus typeⅡ（PCV2）plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of PCVD in swine,which have spread widely.The virus can infect independently or impact other pathogens of pigs.PCV-2 causes postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome（PMWS）,porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome（PDNS）,which can severely jeopardize swinery health.After more than ten years efforts,the study of PCV-2 is in depth,relevant characteristics of the virus have been more clear.The article described Characteristics of the virus,epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,diagnosis and control measures.
