摘要
目的探讨应用带血管蒂的腓骨瓣或骨皮瓣移植修复下肢骨缺损。方法切取带血管蒂的腓骨瓣移植修复下肢骨缺损19例,其中14例伴有皮肤缺损,腓骨移植长度为4~10cm,皮瓣面积为3cm×5cm~7cm×18cm。结果 5例腓骨瓣及14例腓骨骨皮瓣全部成活。15例患者获得6个月~2年(平均9月)随访,骨折全部愈合。结论带血管瓣的腓骨瓣是修复下肢骨缺损的有效方法 。
Objective To explore the application of fibular flap or skin flap with vascular pedicel for reconstruction of lower limb's bone defect. Methods The fibular flap with vascular pedicel was harvested as vascularized bone graft to reconstruct defect of lower limb's bone in 19 cases, among which there are 4 cases with soft tissue loss. The length of harvested fibular ranged from 4 cm to 10 cm. The area of the skin flaps ranged from 3 cm×5 cm to 7 cm× 18 cm. Results 5 cases of fibular flaps and 14 cases of skin flaps survived completely. Postoperative follow - up ranged from 6 months to 2 years ( average 9 months) in 15 cases. And all fractures are recovered in these 15 cases. Conclusion Fibular flap transfer with vascular pedicel is an effective measure to reconstruct the defect of lower limb's bone.
