摘要
采用模糊数学法对桥式起重机金属结构潜在风险因素即腐蚀、裂纹、强度及变形导致的结构破坏进行风险评估,根据桥式起重机风险因素的特点,建立了以桥式起重机不同金属结构破坏为子系统的多层次综合评判系统;将模糊综合评判理论应用于桥式起重机金属结构风险评估中,得到桥式起重机不同金属结构相关因素维修对风险的影响程度,为人们更直接地降低其风险提供了参考依据。
Fuzzy mathematics method is adopted to conduct risk assessment on the structure damage caused by potential risks as corrosion,crack,strength and deformation of the metal structure of bridge crane. According to the characteristics of risk factor of bridge crane,the multi-level comprehensive judgment system with the subsystem of different metal structure damages of bridge crane is established. The fuzzy comprehensive judgment theory is applied to the risk assessment on metal structure of bridge crane to obtain the influence of different metal structure repair factors of bridge crane on the risk,so as to provide reference basis to more directly reduce the risk.
