缠绕角对钢丝增强氟塑料软管组件应力水平的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 运用有限元方法建立了钢丝增强氟塑料软管组件的参数化有限元模型,并运用该模型计算分析了钢丝缠绕角对软管组件应力水平的影响,得出了内管和增强钢丝的最大应力随缠绕角的变化规律。分析发现,内管的应力水平对缠绕角的变化极其敏感,钢丝缠绕角的轻微偏离会导致内管应力水平的大幅增加,因此在生产中须严格控制增强钢丝的缠绕角。 The finite element method is used to establish the parametric finite element model of steel wire reinforced fluorine plastic tube component,and this model is applied to calculate the influence of steel wire wrap angle on the stress level of tube component,and obtain the rule that the maximum stress of internal tube and reinforced steel wire change with the wrap angle. Through the analysis,it is found that the stress level of internal tube is extremely sensitive to the change of wrap angle,the slight deviation of steel wire wrap angle will lead to the great increase of stress level in the internal tube,therefore,and the wrap angle of reinforced steel wire must be strictly controlled in the production.
